POLICIES/ FAQ

  • Please check your address before placing your order! As you are responsible for paying for additional shipping if the package needs to get resent.
  • There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
  • Current Processing Time as of 11/25 shipping is set to 1-3 business weeks. This is NOT including weekends.To be honest it's only extended to 3 weeks to ensure enough time, but most of the things are ready to ship, so 1-10 business days is the typical shipment time. Update- due to USPS Shipping delays packages that have been sent out in December is still in transit. Some may have not been scanned in, please email me if you have not yet received them. 
  • My tracking hasn't updated, can you track this for me? I can only see what you see as well. Unfortunately sometimes USPS doesn't scan the packages. If you can give it 2-3 business days to show movement I will gladly appreciate it.
  • How do I contact you? Please email me: contactlivelifeandcreate@gmail.com contacting me through my social media channels is not the way to go. I will answer within 24-72 business hours, not including weekends or holidays. 
  • I do ship internationally tracked orders are high because that's what USPS charges us. I am so sorry. But I am offering untracked shipping. This is NOT trackable and you must understand that it'll be sent with a stamp only.
